How to add a user

Firstly you need to add the license from https://admin.microsoft.com to the user.

Then you can import the license details to Dynamics Business Central.

Assuming you assigned the license to user from MS admin portal, here are steps.

1. Choose the search icon, enter Users, and then choose the related link.
   
   
2. Go to Process and click on Update users from Microsoft 365.

That's it. First time I was bit surprised as I couldn't find user add button from Dynamics.
